Lasagna Recipe

1 onion
1 clove garlic
¼ C olive oil
2 cans tomato paste
1 can Italian Style tomatoes
2 T Sweet basil
1 ½ T chopped parsley(divided)
1 qt. water
1 can mushrooms
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 box lasagna noodles
1 lb ground chuck
1 T parmesan cheese
1 t garlic salt

Sauté onions and garlic in oil.
Add tomato pasted, tomatoes, basil 1 ½ t parsley, water, and mushrooms. Simmer for 3 hours
Grate mozzarella cheese
Boil noodles, drain and rinse
In 9 x 13 pan alternate layers of noodles, sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, repeat
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
