1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cups flour
2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup finely grated carrots
½ cup drained crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and flour, and make a well in the centre. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients to eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the well and gently mix. Bake at 350º for full 20 minutes.
