4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Pkg (1oz) Dry Italian Dressing
2 Cans (10 1/2. oz ea) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup White Wine or Chicken Stock
4 oz Cream Cheese
Hot Cooked Angel Hair Pasta
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Chopped Fresh Chives or Parsley - (optional)

1. Place chicken in a slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray or use a liner.
2. Season chicken with a little salt & pepper.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan.
4. Stir in dressing mix, soup, cream cheese & wine or stock.
5. Heat & stir until smooth.
6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
7. Serve over angel hair pasta with Parmesan cheese & chopped chives or parsley on top.
