2 ½ cups warm water
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp Traditional Active Dry Yeast
1 tbsp salt
6 ½ cups flour
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup butter, melted
4 tsp corn syrup
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 cup nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yeast by sprinkling over ½ cup of warm tap water, then adding 2 tbsp sugar. Stir remaining water, sugar, yeast, and salt together. Add 2 cups flour. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Add oil and eggs. Beat for 1 more minutes. Gradually add remaining flour. Let rise for 30 minutes. Combine melted butter and corn syrup. Spread on the bottom of two 13" x 9" pans. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Make dough into rolls and place on top of caramel coating. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Invert onto wax paper. Serve!
