1⁄4 c Celery, chopped
1⁄2 c Onion, chopped
3 c Potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes (3 med)
2 1⁄2 c Water
1 (12 ounce) can Evaporated milk
1 T Worcestershire sauce (very important)
2 T Parsley, minced
1⁄4 T Pepper

Sautee onion and celery in butter until softened
Boil potatoes until softened
Add Worcestershire sauce, parsley and pepper
Add milk
