Ingredients:  
3 cans Red kidney beans
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
2 T parsley
1 bay leaf, crushed
1 C water
1 lb. smokey hollow sausage (cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all above ingredients except sausage. Cook for 30 - 45 minutes. Add sausage and continue to cook until thickened. (Add water if becomes too dry. Add 2 T of sugar. Serve over rice.
