2 c. brn sugar
1 ½ c. Pumpkin
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking pwd.
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1½ T. cinnamon
½ T. ground cloves
½ tsp. ginger
Filling
5 T. Flour
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
3 ½ c. pwd sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil. Add pumpkin and eggs. Mix. Add flour, salt, baking pwd. soda, vanilla and spices. Mix well. Drop by heaping tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 min.

Filling:
Cook flour and milk together until thick. When cool add crisco pwd. sugar and vanilla. Take two cookies and put filling in the middle. Freeze well.
