Dressing:
c. sugar
c. canola oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey mustard (you can do 1 tsp. honey, and 1 tsp. mustard)
1 clove garlic
Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Salad:
1 bag lettuce
1 avocado
Grape tomatoes
Scallions
Craisins
Flat Pretzel Crisps ('Everything' flavor, or Regular) broken into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
Pour over combined salad ingredients.
