Rice Crispy Chicken Recipe

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. rice crispies (add as needed)
4 big chicken cutlets cut in half
Oil (If frying)

Mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt in a bowl.
Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Prepare rice crispies in a third bowl.
Then dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then the eggs, and then the rice crispies.

*Frying Option:
Heat oil in pan, and cook the chicken until golden brown on each side.
*Baking Option:
Preheat oven to 400
Place the coated chicken on greased 9x13.
Spray with olive oil or Pam.
Cook for 10-12 minutes and then flip.
Spray the chicken again.
Bake until 5-10 minutes.
