24 soaked whole prunes (or apricots)
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder (keens)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 jar mango chutney
1 lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:

Mix the mustard and cayenne into chutney Fill the prunes or apricots. With a spoon insert as much chutney as you can into the hole in prune. Wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon and hold with a toothpick. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes Till bacon crisp. ( I partially cooked the bacon first so its your preference)

These are really really good but they are called not called DEVILS ON HORSEBACK for nothing!
