1 lb ground beef
1 - 26oz jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz pkg cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
8 oz cottage cheese
¼ cup butter
8 oz uncooked noodles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cook noodles as directed on pkg. While your noodles are boiling, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese in a medium sized bowl. Make sure you mix it very well (i use a hand mixer)
Place ground beef in a large skillet and cook until browned. Drain.
Pour your spaghetti sauce over the meat and mix well. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer half of the noodles in the bottom of the dish. Pour the creamy cheese mixture on top of the noodles and spread it all over.
Top with the rest of of your noodles and put a few slices of butter on top of those noodles. Then pour the red sauce and meat on top and again spread it all over. Place the casserole in your oven for 30 minutes. Remove dish from the oven, sprinkle cheese on top, and cook it in the oven for another 15 minutes.
