2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Cinnamon
½ Tsp Nutmeg
½ Tsp Salt
3 Eggs
1½ Cups Sugar
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
8 OZ Crushed Pineapple Undrained
2½ Cups Shredded Carrot
¾ Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Grease a 13"x9" baking dish
Stir together flour,baking soda,cinnamon, nutmeg and salt
In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, mayo, and pineapple until well blended
Gradually beat in flour mixture
Stir in carrots and walnuts
Turn into baking dish
Bake for 45-50 minutes
Frost with cream cheese icing
