1-2 pieces halibut skin on
c. orange juice
1 T lemon juice
olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic salt and/or lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate fish in lemon and orange juice for 15-20 minutes. Turn grill to low or oven to 350. If grilling brush grill and top of fish with olive oil. Sprinkle with desired seasoning. Cook in oven or grill until fish is flakey and is cooked thoroughly. Fish can be eaten as a fillet or in tacos.
