½ C peanut butter
1 C confectionery sugar
1 Instant vanilla pudding
1 non-dairy creamer (coffee rich)
1 Whip
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
* Combine peanut butter and confectionery sugar in a bowl. Mix with a fork until it forms a crumble.
* Pat ⅔ of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the pie crust, save the rest for the topping.
* Combine vanilla pudding and non-dairy creamer in a pot, melt on medium heat until it becomes thick.
* Pour mixture over the crumbs and freeze overnight.
* Whip up a whip and pour on top of frozen pie.
* Top with the rest of the crumbs.
