2 sweet potatoes
2 Yukon gold potatoes
1½ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ C oil

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 425º.
* Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
* Cut both kinds of potatoes into wedges, like french fries.
* Combine potatoes, salt, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, and oil in a large bowl. Mix well.
* Spread potatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet, and bake for 45 minutes or until crispy.
