Corn Chowder Recipe

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
garlic powder
onion powder
1 can chicken broth
2 cups corn
2 cups cubed ham
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 T. dried parsley

Melt butter, add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix until smooth and bubbly. Add chicken broth, mix until smooth. Then add milk to get desired consistency. Add corn, ham, celery and parsley, cook until heated through.
