1/2 Cup Butter
1 T Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and flour

Add and cream sugar to the butter and flour mixture

Add water and vanilla

Cream until smooth

Add food coloring to small portions of the icing to use to decorate Santa Cookies
