8 c rolled oats
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 c nuts, roughly chopped
⅓ c sesame seeds
1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
2 c wheat germ
⅓ c honey or agave
⅓ c maple syrup
3/4 c vegetable oil
1½-2 c dried fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a large bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, salt, nuts, seeds, wheat germ, and coconut. Stir. Mix together honey and syrup, pour over oat mixture, add oil over oat mixture and stir all. Pour into two 9x13 pans. Bake 20 minutes and then stir. Bake another 20 minutes and add fruit and stir. Bake a final 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
