1 cup sugar
tsp cream of tartar
cup boiling water
tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg white, sugar and cream of tartar. Add boiling water; beat at high speed until very thick and fluffy; add vanilla or other flavoring. Spread on cake.
