1 cup plus 2 tsps butter (or coconut oil)
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs (or 2 flax eggs)
1 Tlb vanilla
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:

In a large bowl, add the butter and sugar and beat together. Add the eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture and mix until combined. In a medium bowl, mix the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients and continue mixing until incorporated. Roll the dough into 2 logs about 2" high. Wrap them in waxed paper and place in the fridge till chilled. Slice about 1/2" thick and place on parchment on cookie sheet. Cook at 350º for about 10 minutes
