1.) 1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of honey

2. 4 cups quick oats
1 cup bran
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

3.) Chopped apricots, chopped candied ginger, cranberries, raisins, currants, almonds, walnuts etc.

This recipe is just a guide. You can use half the oil and sugar and use only the fruit and nuts you like. I usually buy nuts already toasted.
Mix 1. and 2. together. Spread on baking sheet Put in oven at 160º till desired crispness achieved. Stir often. Probably about 1/2 to 1 hour. Remove from oven pour into bowl and add 3. When cool store in glass jar with lid.
