Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
12 cups torn fresh spinach
8 green onions,chopped
6 hard cooked eggs,sliced
½ lb. fresh mushrooms,sliced
1- 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts,drained
8 bacon strips,cooked and crumbled

Dressing;
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground mustard
1 tsp grated onion
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix first six ingredients ( spinach,etc)
Combine vinegar,sugar,salt,mustard and onion in blender.Cover; process until smooth.Gradually add oil and blend well. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
