1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. With an electric mixer, combine the coconut oil and sugars together.
3. Add vanilla and pumpkin. Mix until combined, about 3 minutes.
4. Slowly add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. Drop by large, rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are just beginning to brown around the edges.
8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks.
