1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
2 (8 oz.) brick cream cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Combine all ingredients except for the cheeses. Mix well.
3. Add 1 cup mozzarella and 2 tbsp parmesan.
4. Transfer mixture into a 9x9 in baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tbsp parmesan on top.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
