1 lb spinach (cleaned)
2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
8 slices crisp bacon

Dressing: 2 tspn soy sauce
2 tspn Worcestershire
1 chopped onion
½ sugar
1 cup oil
¼ cup of vinegar (can use apple cider)
⅓ cup ketchup

shake all dressing ingredients into a shaker and pour over spinach before serving.
