2 deep dish pie crusts

6-8 McIntosh apples (cored, peeled, and sliced)
1-2 tsp sugar
½ c. raisins (optional)

Topping:
1 c. flour
⅓ c. light brown sugar
4 T sugar
⅓ c. unsalted butter
⅛ tsp cinnamon
1 c. crumbled graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.

In a large bowl, combine topping ingredients and work in butter with fingers. Set aside.
Place apples and raisins in pie crust and sprinkle with sugar.
Spoon topping on top of apples and smooth out into dome-shaped top.
Cut 2nd pie crust into strips and weave in criss-cross pattern on top.,
Cook under tin foil for 20 minutes at 350º and 20 minutes without foil.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
