Ingredients:  
1 Cucumber - sliced
2 or 3 Avocadoes - sliced
1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
3 Cans Tuna - drained
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro ( 1/2 of a small bunch)

2 T Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
2 T Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper


Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cucumber, avocado, red onion, tuna, and cilantro.
Drizzle salad ingredients with lemon juice, and olive oil
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Toss to combine and Serve
