1 small onion - diced
½ stick of butter
1 pkg. frozen brocolli
1 c. Minute Rice ( cooked)
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ soup can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in melted butter. Add frozen broccoli and cover with lid to cook. Stir often. Put into 11x7 casserole pan. Add milk, onions, cheese and soup. Bake uncovered for 45 min. at 350º.
