1 # pork country style ribs cut in 1" chunks
1/2 sm white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 jar salsa verde (24 oz)
1/2 c. chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pork and onion in olive oil for 5 mins. Add garlic and cumin and saute for another 2 mins. Add salsa verde and chicken stock. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until some liquid is reduced to create a chili consistency. Add a little fresh cilantro before serving.
