4 eggs
c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
tsp. nutmeg
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Separate eggs one at a time setting whites aside. Beat yolks in bowl. Blend in sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in milk. Beat egg whites until fluffy; fold into mixture. Cover edges of pie crust with foil. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake 25 minutes.
