2 pounds cheddar cheese, grated
1 pound Roquefort cheese
24 ounces cream cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup pecans, ground
Finely chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the cheeses together. Let soften an hour or so. Blend well, adding the garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a ball. Just before serving, place grounded pecans on wax paper. Roll the cheese ball in the pecans until completely covered. Then roll in finely chopped parsley until it is a colorful green ball. Serve with crackers.
