⅓ cup butter 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup sliced celery 4 cups sliced broccoli 2 cup sliced mushrooms 3 tablespoons soy sauce ˝ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; sauté for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and sauté until it turns bright green. Add the mushrooms. Cover and reduced the heat. Let simmer 5 minutes or just until the mushrooms are cooked. Stir in soy sauce and walnuts.
