1 box frozen, chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts; drained (optional)
1 tsp. minced onion
1 pkg. cocktail rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain spinach. Add Knorr soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion and chestnuts. Refridgerate for 1 hour. Spread on cocktail rye bread.
