8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded gouda cheese
2 tablespoon dry white wine
Paprika
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, cheddar, and gouda with white wine until smooth. Chill. Shape into a ball. Roll in paprika and sesame seeds; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature.
