2 oz. olive oil
1 lb. chicken or peeled shrimp

Roban sauce:
15 oz. Alfredo sauce
1 C heavy cream
2 T. butter
1/2 C green onions
2 T. Paul Prudhomme seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
Pasta: 8 oz of your favorite pasta, cooked (I prefer bow-tie for this recipe)

Roban Sauce:
Saute green onions and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add seafood seasoning and cayenne pepper. Saute for 2 mins and then allow to cool.
In mixing bowl combine alfredo sauce and cream with wire whisk. Add sautéed items to cream mixture.

Saute chicken or shrimp in olive oil until done. Add to Roban sauce. Mix with cooked pasta to serve.
