1 pkg. frozen blintzes, cheese or fruit filled
3 eggs
3/8 c. sour cream
4 tsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease small casserole. Place frozen blintzes in bottom, one layer. Mix rest of ingredients until creamy and pour around and over blintzes.
Bake at 375 for 15 mins, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for additional 35-40 mins until golden and puffy.

Serve with sour cream and preserves.
