1 package lemon cake mix
½ cup sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs

Glaze:
2 small lemons (about ¼ cup)
1½- 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for the cake and mix on medium for 2 minutes. Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube ban. Bake at 350 ºF for 45-55 minutes. Remove and cool in pan for 15 minutes then turn cake out on a platter to cool.

For glaze combine lemon juice and sugar then pour over the warm cake.
