c. margarine
c. sugar
c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp.vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt

4 tbsp. margarine
c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.
Cream the margarine, sugar and powdered sugar until it is light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt until just combined.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 350.
Divide dough into 4 pieces.
Roll out the one piece into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread margarine over it, then sprinkle brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll it up.
Cut the cookies into 3/4 inch slices.
Bake for 7-9 minutes, you want these cookies to stay light, no browning.
