In an old salad dressing bottle mix:
3/4 bottle of olive oil
less than a 1/4 bottle of white vinegar
6 cloves of garlic - cut into them a bit, but leave large so they stay in the bottle
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
red chili pepper paste

Directions:
Directions:
MIx in an old salad dressing bottle and keep on hand in the fridge.
Use on the BBQ, on macaroni, on bake potatoes, on veggies, on salad...

I used balsamic vinegar. Still great.
Slice whatever veggies (zucchini, peppers, onion, fennel, radicchio, egg plant...)
Marinate in this + pepper then BBQ
