2 cups whole wheat flour 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup dried chopped apricots 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sunflour seeds 1/2 cup flax seed meal 1/2 cup chia seeds 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup butter 1/2 cup honey 1 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp hot water
Mix ingredients scoop into silicone mini muffin pan Cook at 350 for 30 min. Cool Freeze extras for a quick breakfast snack.
