1 lb Medium Shells
½ cup Butter
½ cup Minced Onions
⅔ cup Flour
6 cups of Milk
2 T. of Salt
1 dash of Pepper
2 cups of Vermont Sharp Cheese
2 large cans of tuna drained
½ cup Parsley Flakes

Topping:
6 T. Butter
1 cup of plain Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Macaroni with salt and set aside
Melt butter, add onion and saute 5 minutes.
Add flour and cook stirring constantly for a minute. Add milk gradually, stir until it thickens and comes to a slow boil. Season with salt and pepper, add cheese, tuna, parsley, and cooked shells. Turn into a buttered casserole dish.

Melt remaining butter and toss with bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole.

Bake 350º for 45 minutes until bubbly
