2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350.
Line a 9x13 with a piece of aluminum foil, and then parchment paper. Mold to the pan.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour batter into prepared 9x13 and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 min, or until it starts to become golden and pretty firm.
Remove from oven and slice. Approximately " thick.
Please each biscotti sideways onto lined cookie sheet.
Bake for another 5-7 minutes.
