4 thick pork chops
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons brown sugar
olive oil for cooking

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix spices (excl brown sugar)
Rub pork chops with mixture
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet or other oven safe skillet
Cook chops on stove top for 3-5 minutes per side
Once browned, add sugar to each pork chop. Turn over and repeat. Watch carefully, so sugar does not burn
Bake in oven at 350º for 15 minutes
Pour glaze from pan over chops
