1 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp water
2 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except pecans to sauce pan and dissolve over medium heat. Add pecans, bring to a boil and boil for 3-3.5 minutes. Turn out on parchment paper. Cool, break apart, and enjoy!

Works for peanuts too! If you need to toast your pecans first, just douse them in melted butter - bake for 5 minutes, stir - and bake another 3-5.
