3 cups flour
3 tbsp lard
1.5 tsp salt
1 cup of luke warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir salt into flour
Add lard,
using your hands Coat lard in flour squish until it disintegrates into the flour.
Add water and mix as much as you can
Dump onto floured surface, knead until all of the flour is incorporated and you have a cohesive ball.
Divide into 8 balls and roll out thin
Cook in Frying pan on med high
until tortilla bubbles and bottom side browned then flip and cook till browned.
