1 c. sugar or ¾ c. honey
1⅓ c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp baking soda

½ c. sour milk (buttermilk)
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp salt
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil eggs and baking soda.

Add milk, bananas, nuts, vanilla, salt and flour.

Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes.

Check with toothpick to be sure the bread is done.
