1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1-1/2 cup dried rhubarb - raw

1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream the brown sugar and butter or margarine. Stir in salt and eggs.

Stir in buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla and flour. Mix well.

Add rhubarb.

Spread in a 13 x 9 pan.

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of cake.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
