5 c. peeled & sliced apples
1 egg
1½ c. sugar
1½ c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
½ stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and butter together.

Place apples in a greased baking dish
Pour topping over the apples.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes

Nana often substitutes sliced peaches for this recipe during the summer.
