2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
⅓ c. sugar
⅓ c. cocoa
¼ c. water
1 large egg
1 large egg white
6 T. butter (softened)
1 c. sugar
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Put aside.
Stir sugar, cocoa and water until smooth.
Beat eggs, then add to the sugar mixture. Beat for 2 minutes.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy and add to the egg mixture.
Add yogurt and vanilla alternately with dry ingredients.

Bake in tube pan for 45-50 minutes.
