BBQ Pork

5 lb Pork roast
1 thinly sliced onion
clay cooker

Nana's famous BBQ sauce:
1 c. ketchup
½ c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
Tabasco
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the clay cooker in water for ½ hour
Placed the thinly sliced onions in the bottom of the clay cooker
Place the port roast on top of onions
Pour Nana's famous BBQ sauce over the roast
Place the cover of the clay cooker on top.

Place the clay cooker in a COLD oven
Bake 350º for 2 hours (approximately 30 minutes per lb)
